If your child is receiving special education services from your local school system, or will be transitioning into the system, I STRONGLY recommend you consider going to this training. The long road through the education system will be full of triumphs and challenges (been there done that) and Wright's Law will provide you with a guide to use while navigating the system. It is important for parents (myself included) to learn how to work WITH schools to help our children be successful. Wrights Law will teach you strategies and ways to be an effective member of the team while also educating you on laws, your child's rights, and how to handle problems WHEN, not if, they occur. I did not discover this valuable resource until Courtney had been in the system for many years. Oh how I wish I'd had it from the very beginning! If you are unable to attend the workshop, please familiarize yourself with their website, books, and newsletter. I promise you will be glad you did!

PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH OTHER FAMILIES YOU KNOW WHO MIGHT NEED THEM!

Best of luck to all of you and your precious children!
